A NOTE ABOUT COVID-19

DUE TO THE CURRENT HEALTH CRISIS, WE ARE UNABLE TO TAKE BACK MERCHANDISE THAT HAS BEEN WORN OUTSIDE OF THE STORE OR TRAVELED WITH. ITEMS KEPT FOR MORE THAN 7 DAYS CANNOT BE RETURNED. WE APPRECIATE YOUR UNDERSTANDING AS WE ALL DO OUR PART TO SLOW THE SPREAD.

RETURN POLICIES

We stand behind the quality and fit of all our products and always want to make sure that you're 100% satisfied with your purchase. We want you to love the pieces that you purchase from us forever! Our Return Policy is for store credit only, however the return window varies depending on whether you purchased your item in store or online.

Items from alba can only be returned to any alba location.  Items from a X d can only be returned to any a X d location.  Store credits are not transferrable between a X d and alba.

REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE FOR IN STORE OR ONLINE PURCHASES.

STORE CREDITS EXPIRE 1 YEAR AFTER ISSUE DATE AND CANNOT BE RE-ISSUED.

IN STORE RETURN POLICY

Because you were able to touch and feel the item, as well as try it on for fit and size with the help of our stylists, we will accept returns and exchanges for store credit on full price, unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise with tags within 7 days of the purchase date.  All Sale merchandise is FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange.

ONLINE RETURN POLICY

We will happily accept returns for online store credit or exchanges on full price, unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise with tags within 14 days of the purchase date.

All sale merchandise, jewelry, hats, sunglasses, special orders and discounted merchandise are not eligible for return or exchange.

If you wish to make a return or exchange for an online order, send an email to customerservice@albaboutique.com and notify us of your request to return/exchange.  Once you receive your RA number and return instructions, you can return the items.  Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once we have accepted your return, your store credit will be processed within 24 hours. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed.  

If you choose to return your order with a return label provided for you, a nonrefundable return shipping $10 fee will be deducted from your store credit amount.

All packages are shipped from our facility with in 48 hours, however due to COVID-19 we may experience longer than usual in-transit times or lack of tracking update which is out of our control.

Standard UPS / USPS (1 - 5 days) — $9.95
Overnight USPS Service — $20.00
Overnight UPS — $30.00

Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours, not including weekends and holidays. If you place an order and your item is for some reason out of stock you will be notified immediately.

Tracking

Within 24 hours of shipment you will be notified with your tracking number.

Taxes 
All applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.
